You will support an innovative and dynamic festival hotel team in Luzern. Responsibilities include assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager, organizing media trips, handling guest feedback, and managing CRM databases. Additionally, you will handle IRC, E-Guma, pre/post-stay mailings, and social media channels. You will also be involved in online marketing and event planning.

A completed education, preferably in tourism, excellent German and English skills, team-oriented, and an ability to handle multiple projects independently. High quality standards and a balanced disposition are crucial.
