The role involves supporting the team in daily activities, particularly outdoor excursions, offering rides for trips, and aiding indoor activities.

Interest in assisting people with special needs and challenging behavior. Requires resilience, flexibility, patience, and a willingness to learn new skills. A driver's license (Class B) is essential.
