The Role

The Controller will be responsible for controlling in the areas of IT & marketing within the Coop Directorate Customer & Digital, with a focus on IT. Tasks include generating evaluations, statistics, reports, and management documents, supporting budgeting and multi-year planning, conducting analyses for monthly and yearly financial statements, and actively participating in procurement process management. Other responsibilities involve supporting decentralized buyers in vendor research, selection, and evaluation, as well as contract reviews for process improvement. Ad-hoc analysis and project support for IT management are also part of the role.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance or a completed commercial apprenticeship with extensive additional training in finance and accounting. Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling, some exposure to procurement/sourcing and SAP knowledge are advantageous. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, service-oriented, a team player, highly independent, and precise.
