Check-In Agent - easyJet

dnata Switzerland AG, part of the Emirates Group, is seeking a Check-In Agent to join their Passenger Service Team at Zurich Airport. Responsibilities include checking-in passengers, handling baggage, verifying travel documents, assisting passengers, and managing flight irregularities. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and German, flexibility to work varied shifts, and a service-oriented mindset.

Candidates should be service-oriented, communicative, patient, and computer literate. Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages are advantageous. Flexible availability for shifts between 04:00 - 24:00, including weekends, is a must. Strong teamwork and adaptability skills are desired.
