The Role

We are looking for an organized individual to join our team in the capacity of managing trainings, HR, and administration (80-100%). Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating trainings in the PSAgA area, handling confirmations, correspondence with clients, course leaders, and participants, managing registrations, creating attendance lists, training records and materials, organizing catering, and post-training processing. Additionally, this role involves active development of the training department, acquisition and networking, personnel administration, organizing internal trainings and payroll accounting, and cross-departmental exchange.

Requirements

You must have a completed vocational training (preferably in a commercial area) with several years of experience, enjoy taking responsibility, have good time management, be strong in communication with great customer orientation, and prove reliability and precision. You should also be proactive, organized, able to stay calm under pressure, eager to learn, and willing to uphold our motto 'We secure jobs'. Team spirit, positivity, proficiency in MS Office, excellent German skills with English and French being advantageous, and a driving license category B are preferred.
