Senior User Experience Researcher

Raiffeisen Switzerland in St. Gallen is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to take their UX-Labor to the next level using AI and optimize test processes. The role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, presenting findings to various stakeholders, and having a flexible work location between the office and home.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree (Psychology, HCI), extensive experience in User Research and Usability Evaluation, knowledge in statistics and basic UI design, strong service orientation, and proficiency in German and English.
