We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients to post their job openings on our platform. Your goal will be to expand our network of companies offering flexible job opportunities, enhance our job board’s visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

*We're looking for someone ideally with experience in the following: *

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business clients who would benefit from posting jobs on our flexible job board.
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with target companies through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of posting jobs on our platform, highlighting the benefits of flexible work arrangements.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they are well-equipped to post their job listings.
  • Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, conversion rates, and client feedback to optimize outreach efforts.
