Observability Engineer

You will establish and promote standardized observability frameworks, ensure the operation and development of observability tools, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will actively enable and consult internal customers and help increase observability maturity in DevOps and EngOps teams. You will also take on agile leadership and Scrum Master responsibilities.

You have knowledge in observability, analytics, and automation tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and Kubernetes. You have strong skills in Terraform/Ansible, Linux, and container platforms. You possess an agile mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in German and English.
