Portfolio Management Advisor

Contribute your experience in portfolio management and business consulting to Swiss Post I/T. Support portfolio management on its journey towards agility, developing solutions for different domains and contexts. Advise portfolio managers, develop the Portfolio Management Competence Center, resolve organizational issues, and optimize processes.

Higher (tertiary) level qualification with further training in portfolio management/business administration. In-depth knowledge of project and portfolio management methods (SAFe, DevOps, Scrum, HERMES). Strong consulting, implementation, conceptual, and communication skills. Agile mindset with a good command of German or French and good knowledge of a second national language and English.
