HR People Partner

The Role

We are hiring for a part-time, 12-month fixed-term HR People Partner role to serve as the main point of contact for senior management and employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The role involves acting as a strategic and operational advisor, delivering People strategy across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, retention, performance management, organisational design, employee relations, learning and development, succession planning, terminations, and providing expert guidance on employee relations matters.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English required. At least 2 years experience in an HR People Partnering role is necessary. Some payroll experience and familiarity with ER and redundancies are required, with experience in Financial Services preferred. The role needs a strategic partner who can drive business decisions, manage payroll activities, and support business development towards a diverse and inclusive culture.
