Doktorand*in Psychologie/Neurowissenschaften

We are seeking a PhD candidate to join a research project on memory studies in healthy and depressed individuals. Based at the University Clinic for Old Age Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Bern, this project, funded by the Swiss National Fund, examines the prefrontal cortex's role in memory through non-invasive brain stimulation and MRI imaging.

Candidates must have a Master's in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related fields, excellent German and English skills, strong research interest, precise and independent work ethic, and good empirical methods and statistics knowledge. Experience with imaging data collection and processing is advantageous.
