Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Role

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator at the International School of Zug and Luzern supports all Marcoms activities, leads the implementation of publications, CRM management, social media, and more. This part-time role involves developing and implementing school-wide communications, editing, proofreading, coordinating publications, CRM and bulletins, photography, media, social media, and collaborating within the team.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should be graduates with 2-4 years of experience in marketing or communications, have detailed communication skills, experience with CRM systems, exceptional organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent English language proficiency with German as an added value, willingness to work outside normal office hours, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
