As a Werkstudent (all genders) in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Participation Management team at Baloise CH, you will support the team with various tasks such as project-office management, administrative tasks, project support, analysis preparation, and more. The team values clear communication, efficient workflow, and a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, ongoing Master's studies, relevant internships in M&A or related fields, experience in financial analysis and modeling, proficiency in MS-Office products, and fluency in German and English. Additionally, a background in the insurance sector is desirable.
