Projektmanager:in Kultur (80 – 100 %)

Beisheim Stiftung is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Project Manager in Culture (80-100%). You will work with the head of the Culture department, handling independent processing of funding projects, monitoring and evaluating projects, supporting the conceptual development of the department, organizing and implementing foundation events, and conducting research and analysis in the culture sector.

Completed university degree (Master's); initial work experience, ideally in the cultural sector and/or foundation work; basic knowledge of the Swiss cultural landscape; high willingness to learn and perform; good analytical and conceptual skills; team player with cross-functional work readiness; fluent in German; knowledge of other national languages is an advantage.
