The Role
The Secrétariat Général is seeking a departmental financial manager. As part of the Etat-Major, you will advise and support the department head and manage the financial unit. Responsibilities include supervising budget processes, financial operations, and providing reports. Coordination with the Service d'analyse et gestion financière (SAGEFI) and other entities is essential.
Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree in economics, or equivalent, management and project management education is required, with 8+ years of financial management experience and 7+ years in team management. Strong strategic vision, managerial skills, and knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft desired, and understanding of public administration ethics are required.
