Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager
The Role
City Cancer Challenge Foundation (C/Can) is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to advance their global health organization's learning strategies. The role involves developing impact reports, collaborating with various teams to analyze data, and transforming insights into compelling narratives. The ideal candidate should have experience in data translation and dissemination, particularly in health programs in low and middle-income countries. Duties also include leading workshops, developing case studies, and contributing to organizational planning and decision-making with data-driven insights.
Requirements
The candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years internationally in monitoring and evaluation strategies. Experience in projects related to low-and-middle income countries is required. A Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, social sciences, or related fields is necessary, with a Master's degree preferred. Essential competencies include data analysis, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Willingness to travel as needed is required.
