Training & Knowledge Management Specialist

As a Training & Knowledge Management Specialist in the Crew Planning & Disposition team at SWISS, you'll design, develop, and manage training programs and knowledge management systems to enhance operational excellence. Starting date: October 01, 2024 or upon agreement.

A university degree in education, human resources, business administration, aviation, or a related field. Proven experience in training development, delivery, and knowledge management. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and familiarity with modern training tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
