Standortverantwortliche*r Jugendarbeit Bottmingen

The role requires managing site responsibility for youth work in Bottmingen in a job-sharing capacity (40-60%). Responsibilities include site management in job sharing, operation, further offers, participative projects, maintaining relationships, support, triage, encouraging personal activities & project implementation, and public relations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Sociocultural Animation, several years of experience in open youth work, high motivation for teamwork and reflection in dealing with people, willingness for flexible work design, and ideally a certificate as a practice instructor.
