Trainee - Communication, Compliance & Strategy

This is an 18-month Trainee Program where you will gain insights into the insurance world through modules like Communication & Content Marketing, CEO Office, and Compliance. You will participate in project management, support communication measures for management, get strategic assistance experience, and contribute to compliance processes.

Bachelor or Master in BWL, VWL, or similar fields. Strong strategic and conceptual skills. Innovative and proactive with strategic thinking. Fluent in German and English. Ready to work in Basel and St. Gallen.
