ICT System Engineer (Digital Workplace) (w/m/d)

In one of Switzerland's most digital banks (Top 5 as of 2023), you will help shape the topic of "digital workplace". The Luzerner Kantonalbank, with around 1,300 employees and 23 branches, is the leading bank in Lucerne. As part of the LUKB25 strategy, the bank continuously invests in state-of-the-art technologies to develop and implement modern workplace solutions. Your role includes creating, implementing, and executing Microsoft 365 transformation concepts, designing hybrid workplace solutions, migrating applications to the M365 environment, ensuring the operation and continuous improvement of workplace services, and providing 2nd and 3rd level support.

You have completed an ICT education and have several years of experience as a System Engineer in the M365 area, especially in Modern Workplace (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Autopilot/Intune, Endpoint Manager). You are familiar with cloud topics, change and lifecycle management. Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. You are communicative and proactive in engaging with others. Knowledge of German in both spoken and written form is required.
