Assistant Customer Services New Mobility

Over 600 employees at more than 90 locations ensure competent advice and top service daily. For our Europcar headquarters in Kloten ZH, we seek a customer-oriented and communicative personality as Assistant Customer Services New Mobility on a part-time basis of 50%. This role is temporary until the end of December 2024 and paid on an hourly basis. You will handle customer inquiries, ensure updated customer data, and support the Customer Support team for smooth operations.

Good understanding of MS Office programs. Fluent German and good English; French is a plus. Open and service-oriented nature convincing to others. Willing to work on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays. After a short training period, home office work possible.
