Customer Support Specialist
The Role
We are looking for a new colleague to provide telephone advice to our customers in using our Digital Banking products. Your main tasks will be: providing telephone advice on various applications, responding to technical questions about our e-Banking and mobile Banking solutions, using your language skills, responding to questions about our basic product offerings, and advising our customers effectively and professionally. Flexibility to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays is required.
Requirements
Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training, excellent knowledge of German (and/or Swiss German), willingness to work shifts throughout the day, ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, familiarity with the digital world, technical skills and ease of learning, empathy, initiative, resilience under high workloads, and the ability to communicate simply and effectively.
