The Role
Raiffeisen Switzerland is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to join their Digital Business department in St. Gallen. The role involves enhancing the UX Lab by incorporating new technologies, supporting test processes, and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, extensive experience in user research, and a passion for finding solutions. Good German and English skills are required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree in Psychology, HCI, or similar fields, along with several years of experience in user research and usability evaluation. Strong statistical knowledge and basic UI/UX design skills are preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, service orientation, and communication abilities are essential. Fluency in German and English is required.
