Customer Support

We are seeking Customer Support staff who enjoy assisting customers and providing the best shopping experience. You will ensure customers leave IKEA with a smile and look forward to returning. Responsibilities include advising and supporting customers, greeting them at the entrance, facilitating returns, managing rental car keys, and ensuring efficient service at the cashier.

You should have strong service orientation, a friendly demeanor, and an eye for customer needs. You're capable of resolving queries and issues under pressure. Proficiency in German, comfort with numbers and computers, and English skills are essential. Passion for home furnishings and IKEA brand is a plus.
