Customer Support
The Role
As a Customer Support professional at Manor AG, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide comprehensive consultation on our range of products and services, and process webshop orders via tablet. You will manage E-Shop pickups and returns, serve as an expert for our Manor World Mastercard and loyalty programs, and engage in general administrative activities in the back office.
Requirements
Candidates should ideally have completed basic training in retail or commerce, have experience in a similar role, particularly in customer service, and possess strong communication skills. You should be able to manage high customer volume effectively, work well in a team, and have good IT skills. Fluency in German is required, with knowledge of another national language being advantageous.
