The Role

In this mid-senior level role, you will control and manage claims, identify anomalies, and implement measures. Tasks include regular telephone exchanges with insured persons in German and French, as well as collaborating with various internal and external teams. You will support the corporate advisory during customer visits and conduct case reviews with major clients on-site.

Requirements

You should have a commercial or paramedical background, with an insurance/social insurance certificate being a plus. Prior experience in customer service or the medical field is desirable. Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good French skills are required. You should have quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and a reliable, independent work style.
