The Role

The FERROFLEX AG is seeking a Technical Customer Support (m/f) for the security technology sector. Responsibilities include order processing, designing lock plans, managing deliveries, and providing customer support.

Requirements

Candidates should have a commercial or technical background, preferably experience with dormakaba products, knowledge of MS-Office, and fluency in German (additional language is a plus). Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential.
