Customer Support Specialist
The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at SwissSign, you will be the primary point of contact for SwissID and business customers, providing assistance with certificates, digital signatures, and online identity verification. You will handle enquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and support users in multiple languages. This role requires strong communication skills, IT knowledge, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Requirements
Successful training completion, customer service experience, IT affinity, fluency in French & solid German knowledge, flexibility, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
