Head of Technical Services

Lead and organize the Technical Services department with 6 employees and 1 trainee. Ensure availability of all production facilities in a 2-shift model. Plan and conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance work. Analyze and resolve disruptions. Participate in projects involving control and system changes.

Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field with further training as a maintenance specialist/technician. Several years of professional and leadership experience in maintenance/facility management. Knowledge of modern maintenance methods. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a can-do mentality. Proficient communication in German, ideally English.
