Information Technology Support Specialist

The Role

This role involves managing desktop devices, both hardware and software. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, providing support, managing IMAC, and ensuring compliance with security requirements. VIP support and experience with service management tools like ServiceNow are essential.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2-4 years of onsite support experience, proficiency in Windows OS, ServiceNow, EUC tools, and MS Office. Knowledge of ITIL processes, AD, Lync, VPN, and mobile device support is preferable. Additionally, experience in supporting MAC devices is valued.
