Solution Architect for the IT Service Center
The Role
As a Solution Architect for the IT Service Center at Swiss Post, you will work on the digital transformation journey by developing future-oriented solutions in cooperation with various teams and partners. You will set up and enhance the IT service management platform (ServiceNow), integrate it into the system landscape, design IT architecture, and implement projects. You'll contribute to shaping reference architectures and guided developments while integrating technologies, platforms, and services into the IT landscape.
Requirements
A strong technical IT background, experience in JavaScript coding, current interface technologies, and system integrations are required. Experience with ServiceNow in large organizations and projects is essential. You should possess the ability to develop and present solutions convincingly to large teams. Familiarity with Configuration Management Database challenges is necessary, as well as an excellent command of German and English.
