Mitarbeiter*in Service Center
The Role
Join the Service Center team at Messe Zürich to support during exhibitions and events. Work in a team, providing information to visitors and exhibitors, coordinating with service partners, handling technical orders, customer care, announcements, and sales. Involves working early and late shifts, including weekends.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or events is beneficial but not required. The candidate should be friendly, service-oriented, flexible, and independent. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with French being an advantage. Work involves around 50-60 shifts per year, mainly in the busy months of January-March and September-November.
