The Role
Responsible for professional guest care, smooth service operation in the bistro, managing a service station including cash handling, setting up event spaces, attending to coffee breaks and in-house events, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and working in both a la carte and banquet areas.
Requirements
Completed training in the hotel industry, preferably in the restaurant sector; experience in a la carte service and banquets; fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus; willingness to work on weekends and holidays; friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to guest satisfaction.
