Mitarbeiter/in Customer Center

The Role

As a staff member in the Customer Center, you'll be the face and voice of the company, helping customers with issues, advising, and selling products and services. Your professionalism and friendliness, along with correct data capture in various IT systems, help build trust and customer loyalty.

Requirements

You have training (KV / retail) or experience in telephone customer service and remain composed even during challenging customer discussions (e.g., complaints). German is your native language, and you also speak French or Italian (at least B2 level). You have a keen interest in electronic media.
