Customer Support Specialist
The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at SwissSign AG, you will be the face of the company. You will handle inquiries from SwissID users and provide assistance with our processes. Additionally, you will support business customers with queries related to digital signatures and certificates. Your hands-on mentality will help you stay composed even during hectic times.
Requirements
Successful completion of education, customer service/support experience, IT affinity and knowledge is a plus, good manners and friendliness, flexibility and reliability, quick understanding and analytical thinking, fluency in French and solid knowledge of German are mandatory, additional languages like Italian and English are desirable.
